Roofing Network is an online directory and lead generation platform connecting homeowners with vetted roofing contractors across the UK. Our services include:

• A searchable directory of verified roofing contractors by county and location.
• Facilitating quote requests from homeowners to contractors.
• Allowing roofing contractors to register and list their services on our platform.

We are an introduction service only. Roofing Network does not employ contractors, carry out roofing works, or act as a party to any contract between a homeowner and a contractor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site, submit a quote request, or register as a contractor. By using our services, you confirm you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Contractors must be legally registered businesses or sole traders operating lawfully within the United Kingdom.

When using Roofing Network as a homeowner or property owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in any quote request or contact form.
• Use the platform solely to obtain genuine quotes for roofing work at your property.
• Conduct your own due diligence on any contractor before entering into a contract or making payment.
• Acknowledge that Roofing Network does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by contractors found through our platform.
• Not submit false, duplicate, or frivolous quote requests.

By registering as a contractor on Roofing Network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business, qualifications, insurance, and areas of operation.
• Maintain valid public liability insurance and all required licences and certifications.
• Respond to leads and quote requests promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all applicable UK laws, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Not misuse customer lead data or use it for purposes other than responding to the relevant quote request.

We reserve the right to remove any contractor who violates these Terms or whose conduct is reported as unsatisfactory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any roofing works carried out by contractors on our platform.
• We are not a party to any contract formed between a homeowner and a contractor and accept no liability for disputes or losses arising from such contracts.
• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of information on our Site.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Roofing Network or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

Contractors may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us, subject to the terms of their subscription agreement.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
